The Privileged Suburb Project has 2 distinct vocations, yet combined at the same time: Public and Private. The public section occupies the center of the plot, from the main road access till the sea – 2 parts allocated to the private (high end residential) on the left and on the right sides of the plot. – The central part allocated to the public (Commercial, Retail, Hospitality and Leisure). The Private Section is split into 2 different zones both for high end residential housing, consisting in individual villas ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms with a private garden, swimming pools, green area and parks for the community as well as guest parkings along the access roads to the plots.
